Sean Hetrick is the accomplished owner of SBS Consulting Systems, based in Canton, Ohio, where he leverages his extensive background in business analysis, customer service, and information technology to deliver outstanding consulting services. Since founding the company in September 2019, Sean has demonstrated his proficiency in enhancing business operations and driving substantial growth.

Sean holds an MBA from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Kent State University, with a minor in Computer Information Systems. His academic background and practical experience form a solid foundation for his consulting work, particularly in areas requiring meticulous business and IT acumen.

Before establishing SBS Consulting Systems, Sean served as a Controller, Secretary Treasurer, and Network Administrator at BJAAM Environmental, Inc., where he was responsible for overseeing financial processes, administrative duties, and IT infrastructure. In addition to his professional pursuits, Sean has been actively involved in his community. Sean's career also includes significant technical roles such as IT Support Specialist at Squire Patton Boggs and various technician positions at companies like Disney Store and State Farm, reflecting his broad expertise in IT support and network administration.

Starting his career in manufacturing, where he gained valuable skills in welding and metalworking at Pioneer Equipment, Brian quickly moved on to positions that allowed him to hone his technical abilities. At Schlabach Engine, he not only acquired repair skills but also embarked on product development, creating his first two products from concept to production. These products are still manufactured and sold, showcasing his lasting impact on the company.

His tenure at EagleTek Solutions further expanded his expertise in programming, electronic hardware design, and research and development. Specializing in circuit board (PCB) design, Brian excels in the intricate dance where hardware meets firmware, particularly in controller applications for physical products. His skills in micro-soldering and his ability to handle electronic components under a microscope are testaments to his meticulous attention to detail and his dedication to precision.

With a unique educational background, including a GED and a rich self-taught knowledge base supplemented by professional courses like Dale Carnegie's human relations, Brian thrives in environments that challenge his problem-solving skills.
